Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and SafeerTec Ltd for the use of Fire Suite and its apps (including FireSign). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Fire Suite is operated by SafeerTec Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at hello@firesuite.co.uk.

2. The service

Fire Suite provides cloud software for independent businesses, including FireSign digital signage for Fire TV, Android TV and web screens. Features may change or improve over time.

3. Your account

• You must give accurate account details and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team's use of it.
• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.

4. Subscription, trial & billing

• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and can cancel before it ends at no cost.
• FireSign costs £15/month for up to 4 screens, plus £5/month for each additional screen. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Cancellation & refunds

• You can cancel any time from Billing in the app. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
• We may suspend or limit an account for non-payment or breach of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You must have the right to display the content you upload, and you must not use the service to store or display anything unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that you are not permitted to show. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

7. Your content & our IP

You keep ownership of the images, videos and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a licence to host, process and display Your Content solely to operate the service for you. All rights in the Fire Suite software, brand and design remain ours.

8. Availability

We work hard to keep the service running but provide it on an "as available" basis without a guaranteed uptime. We may carry out maintenance and occasionally features may be unavailable.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete account data after a reasonable period.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
