For takeaways & restaurants

Your rota, your pay week, your menu screens. One place.

Stop working out hours on a Sunday night. Staff clock in with their phone, the pay week adds itself up, and your menu boards change from wherever you are.

No setup fee. No long contract. Cancel whenever you like.

What it costs

FireAttend
rota, clock-in & pay
£6 /week
FireSign
menu & promo screens
£3 /week
Both together
the whole suite
£8 /week

Per shop, billed monthly. £8 a week is less than one hour of one person's wages at the £12.71 minimum.

Fire Suite — rota for the week
The FireAttend rota: ten people across a week, each shift colour-coded, with the week's hours and wage cost totalled at the top.

Next week's rota, built once and published to every phone. The hours and what they cost add up as you go, so you know the wage bill before the week starts rather than after it.

You already know where the time goes

None of this is the job you opened a shop to do.

The rota on the wall

Written out on paper, photographed, sent to a WhatsApp group, then changed twice before Friday. Nobody is sure which version is real.

Sunday night with a calculator

Counting hours off a paper sheet, trying to remember who came in late and who stayed to close, then working out what everyone is owed.

The menu board that's wrong

Prices went up in March. The board above the counter still says the old ones, because changing it means a trip to the printers.

Two apps. One login. One bill.

Take one or take both. The price is per shop, so it never goes up when you hire.

The FireSign media library: six menu slides ready to put on the screens.

How FireSign works
On the wall

Change the board from your phone

Put the lunch menu up at eleven and the evening one at five, on their own. Run an offer across every screen in every shop with two taps. No printers, no laminator, no waiting.

Each screen can show something different — the menu above the counter, drinks by the fridge, an offer in the window.

How FireSign works
A menu screen reading Peri Peri — mild, medium, hot.

A £30 Fire TV Stick behind any screen you already own.

Not a demo

Built in a working takeaway

Fire Suite runs our own three takeaways every day. Not a customer case study, because we'd rather show you the real thing.

Every shift
clocked in on staff phones
Every pay week
worked out from the punches
Every screen
changed from a phone
Every release
tried in our shops first
Why we price it this way

Per shop. Never per person.

Most rota apps charge for each member of staff, so the bill goes up the moment you take someone on. Ours doesn't. Hire five people for the summer and you pay exactly the same.

10 staff in one shop

FireAttend £26/mo.
Deputy £36 + VAT · Planday £29.90 · RotaCloud £29

20 staff in one shop

FireAttend £26/mo.
Deputy £72 + VAT · Planday £59.80 · RotaCloud £58

30 staff in one shop

FireAttend £26/mo.
Deputy £108 + VAT · Planday £89.70 · RotaCloud £87

Each competitor's cheapest plan that includes clock-in, at its published monthly rates, checked 15 October 2026: Deputy Lite (£3.60 per user, plus VAT), Planday Starter (£2.99 per user) and RotaCloud Standard with Time & Attendance. Their headcounts include managers. FireAttend has no VAT to add. How many people you employ is none of our business.

Straight answers

I've got three shops. What do I pay?

Three times the per-shop price — £24 a week for both apps, billed as one monthly bill of £104. One login covers all of them, and staff who work across shops are one person, not three.

Do I need to buy anything?

For FireAttend, no — staff use their own phones. For FireSign you need a screen and a Fire TV Stick or Android TV box, about £30 each. You probably already have the screens.

Is it really a free trial, or do I need a card?

FireSign is 14 days with no card. FireAttend is 60 days and we do ask for a card up front — two months of real support is a lot to give away, and you can cancel any time inside the trial without being charged.

What happens to my staff's data?

It stays yours. We hold it to run the service for you and nothing else — we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train anything. Wage records and right-to-work documents are kept encrypted and backed up in three places. See our privacy notice.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from inside the app. No notice period and no cancellation fee. You can export your pay records before you go.

Who's behind it?

SafeerTec Ltd, a UK company. Fire Suite was built for our own takeaways first, which is why it works the way the trade actually works — pay weeks, late closes, people covering across shops.

Try it on one shop

Start with FireSign for a fortnight, or take FireAttend for two months and run some real pay weeks. If it doesn't save you the Sunday night, don't keep it.
