Build next week's rota and publish it to every phone. Staff clock in by tapping the shop's tag or scanning its QR. On Monday the pay week has already added itself up. £6 a week per shop, however many people you employ.

60 days, because a fortnight cannot show you a finished pay week.
Most rota software is written for offices: nine to five, monthly salaries, one site. A takeaway is none of those things.
Evening shifts run past midnight. Hours are counted up to the shop's closing time, and somebody who forgets to clock out doesn't bank twenty hours. The record says which time was used.
Pay is worked out from the punches, week by week: each person's own hourly rate, gross pay, and the split between bank and cash. Freeze the week once it's paid and it can't change.
Somebody who works at two of your shops is one person with one login. Their hours add up across sites into one pay figure, and nobody can be rostered in two places at once.
Android phones tap the shop's NFC tag; iPhones scan its QR with the camera. Same tag either way. Staff add the app to their home screen once and it opens like any other app.
Staff say when they can work, per day. Press Auto-build and it places people from that, then tells you where you're short before the week starts.
The timesheet shows worked time against the rota and flags the difference. Somebody who stayed an hour late shows an hour late. We never quietly trim hours to match the plan.
Each step hands to the next. Nothing is typed in twice.
From shift patterns, or Auto-build from the availability staff gave you. The hours and what they'll cost add up as you go, so you see the wage bill while you can still change it.
One tap puts the week on every phone. Publishing takes a snapshot, so later edits to your draft never silently change what staff were told.
Tap the tag or scan the QR by the door. Give the tag a location and the app checks they're at the shop, once, at the tap, with no background tracking.
Hours come from the punches, at each person's own rate, with a total for the shop before you pay a penny. Freeze it and it's fixed.
Payslips go out from the frozen week and land in each person's own app, theirs to keep.
Every other rota app charges for each member of staff, so the bill goes up the moment you take someone on. FireAttend is £26 a month per shop (£6 a week), whatever your staff numbers do.

No. They open app.firesuite.co.uk/attend once and add it to their home screen, and from then on it opens like any other app and keeps them signed in. There's no app store and no handset to buy.
Yes. Android phones tap the shop's NFC tag; iPhones scan the same tag's QR code with the camera. One tag by the door does both.
Yes. You can let a team lead build the rota without ever seeing wages, passports or right-to-work checks. Staff only ever see their own hours, pay and documents, never a colleague's.
No, and we don't pretend it is. FireAttend works out each person's hours and gross pay from their punches and issues payslips from a frozen week. Your accountant or payroll provider still runs payroll, and they can have their own view of the frozen week with the bank hours, rates and totals, so nobody retypes a timesheet.
New starters register through a one-time link and upload their own details and documents. Share codes, visas and certificates carry dates, and you're told before they lapse, per shop. It keeps the evidence in one place; the check itself is still yours to make.
Three times the per-shop price: £18 a week for FireAttend, billed monthly. One login covers all three, and staff who work across shops are one person, not three.

Sixty days is long enough to roster a month, clock it, freeze the weeks and issue the payslips. If it hasn't saved you the Sunday night by then, it never will.
