Per shop, whatever your staff numbers do. Quoted weekly because that's how the rest of your bills work — charged monthly so you're not paying a card fee 52 times a year.

Competitor prices checked October 2026 on their published per-user rates. We don't count your employees — how many you have is none of our business.
We're setting up new accounts by hand at the moment, which means you get a person rather than a form. Send us the shop name and what you'd like to try, and we'll have you running the same day.

Weekly is how you already think — pay weeks, card machine rental, delivery fees. But every card charge carries a fixed fee, so charging 52 times a year instead of 12 would cost about £8 a customer a year in fees and give a card four times as many chances to decline. You see the number that makes sense; we use the mechanics that make sense.
One trading location. A kiosk and a restaurant are two; a shop with three screens and twenty staff is one.
Not for FireSign's 14 days. For FireAttend's 60 days, yes — two months of real support is a lot to give away, and you can cancel inside the trial without being charged a penny.
Add it and the bill goes up by one shop from the next invoice. No new contract, no second account.
Ask. If weekly Direct Debit suits you better than a monthly card payment, we can set that up — it's how a lot of the bills in this trade already work.
It stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Export your pay records first — and see what happens to your data afterwards.
